Prior to this presentation from my fellow peers about the Kandinsky Method, I had no idea about the amazing resource available online to students: Chrome Music Lab. This online resource, free of charge, aligns with the Visual Arts of the Ontario curriculum of which students are able to make music through art. There are various features for students to meet the expectations such as doodling, scribbling, drawing on the web of which they can hit play and listen to their art work. This resource is appropriate for grade two students.

Adults in the classroom reacted when the presented group introduced one of the features of which you can draw shapes and listen to your created music, eliciting excitement and much joy. Further connections for cross-curricular opportunities were mentioned of which this resource could be used for. Math was a major cross-curricular subject. For students who need extended help with Chrome Music Lab, may seek additional instructions or tips for help on Youtube.
